Puloyodharai

This recipe is done with pulikkaichal mix. This is readymade recipe that saves times in this busy lifestyle. This can be prepared in a holiday and can be used in the following week to mix rice, as a side dish and to prepare vathakuzhambu. Puluyodharai recipe is easy to make and tasty to eat.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: C10 minutes
Serves: 3-4 persons

Ingredients:

  • Raw or boiled rice 1-1/2 cups
  • Water 3 cups
  • Pulikkaichal mix 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 spoons

Method:

Cook rice in any method until just done (pressure cook, microwave, open lid etc.).

Spread rice in a wide plate.

Pour 2 spoons of oil over the rice and mix well with the pulikkaichal mix.

Check for salt and add if needed or add mix if needed more.

Serve with potato chips, pappad or vadam.
