<p>This Chicken roast kebab is a special recipe wherein we do not deep-fry the chicken. It is a baked recipe where oil is used only for brushing the chicken. Highly calorie conscious people can have this dish without compromising the taste.</p>
<p><strong>Prep time:</strong> 15 min<br />
<strong>Baking time:</strong> 30-45 min approx<br />
<strong>Serves:</strong> 2</p>
<h3><strong>Ingredients</strong></h3>
<p><strong>For marinade</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500 g boneless chicken cubes or whole chicken</li>
<li>1 ½ tsp coriander chutney</li>
<li>1 ½ tsp mint chutney</li>
<li>2 tsp fresh cream</li>
<li>Few strands of saffron</li>
<li>¼ cup beaten curd</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1 tsp crushed black pepper</li>
<li>1 tsp garlic paste</li>
<li>½ tsp lime juice</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Method</strong></h3>
<p>Wash chicken and marinate with all the ingredients from coriander chutney to black pepper.</p>
<p>Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour.<br />
Then rub limejuice and garlic paste to the marinated chicken. Brush with oil and cook in a hot oven till done.</p>
<p><strong>Note</strong>: Chicken cubes take much less time than the whole chicken</p>
