Citrus salad is a refreshing salad. Mint and curd used in this salad have a cooling effect and is very effective in summer. Whole-wheat pasta with the fruits and vegetables makes it a satisfying dish.

Serves: 3-4


  • ¾ cup thick low-fat curd
  • Few chopped mint leaves
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • Sugar and salt to taste
  • ½ cup cooked whole-wheat pasta
  • 1 cup coloured capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped carrot and spring onion
  • Few orange and sweet lime segments


Make a mint dressing of curd, mint leaves, mustard powder, sugar and salt.

In a big bowl mix cooked whole-wheat pasta, capsicum, carrot and spring onions, orange and sweet lime wedges.

Refrigerate them. Before serving, toss them well with some mint dressing.
