- 4 cups cooked rice
- Half bunch spring onions
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, cabbage, beans), chopped fine
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ tbsp oil
- Onion rings for garnish
Chop the spring onions. Boil vegetables for 2 minutes and remove.
Heat oil and fry spring onions over a high flame for 1 minute. Stir in boiled vegetables and fry for another 3 minutes.
Mix pepper, salt to this and fry for 1 minute on a high flame. Stir in cooked rice and mix well. Fry for one more minute.
At last mix vinegar and leave it for 30 seconds. Remove from fire and serve hot garnished with onion rings.
