Peas are abundant in winter and fresh green peas are mostly used in all households during this season. This delicious and nourishing peas paratha is an ideal breakfast and will boost up your mornings. It can be served with curd or raita of your choice.

- ½ cup green peas
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 green chillies
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp ghee
In a pan, heat ghee and fry cumin and chopped green chillies. Now add red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Now add green peas, mix them well and then grind this mixture.
Now make a dough same as for chapathi/ roti and knead well. Take one portion of the dough and fill them with the peas stuffing and cover it.
Flatten it on a floured board to give the shape of a roti. Put the paratha on the hot thava and cook on both sides till the brownish color appears.
Serve hot with curd and pickle.
