Chicken Roast Kebab
This Chicken roast kebab is a special recipe wherein we do not deep-fry the chicken. It is a baked recipe where oil is used only for brushing the chicken. Highly calorie conscious people can have this dish without compromising the taste.

Ingredients
For marinade
- 500 g boneless chicken cubes or whole chicken
- 1 ½ tsp coriander chutney
- 1 ½ tsp mint chutney
- 2 tsp fresh cream
- Few strands of saffron
- ¼ cup beaten curd
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp lime juice
Method
Wash chicken and marinate with all the ingredients from coriander chutney to black pepper.
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then rub limejuice and garlic paste to the marinated chicken. Brush with oil and cook in a hot oven till done.
Note: Chicken cubes take much less time than the whole chicken
