Bananas contain a good amount of resistant starch. They are also a good source of fibre, which suppresses your appetite. It is always good to treat yourself with fruit salad whenever you are hungry rather than junk.
Prep time: 15 min
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1 cup halved roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp limejuice
- 1 ½ cup fresh cream
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
Chill ripe bananas before chopping them into slices. Sprinkle limejuice over the bananas and toss to coat them evenly.
Beat fresh cream till the foam forms. Now add the tossed bananas, seedless grapes, cardamom powder and roasted peanuts into it.
Gently toss them and serve them chilled.
