Makes about: 15-20 chocolates
- 30 almonds
- 80 g dark cooking chocolate
- 15 g white cooking chocolate
- Butter paper
- Attractive wrapping foils
Roast almonds till you get a nice aroma. Melt both chocolates separately. Mix 15 almonds to the dark chocolate and keep the rest for garnish. Let it thicken for a few minutes.
Spread butter paper on a plate and drop a small amount of this chocolate with a spoon on the butter paper like a small rock.
Make all chocolates in a similar way. Dip an almond in white chocolate and place it on the chocolate rock. Take a small amount of white chocolate with a spoon and make a zigzag pattern on the chocolate or write a message. Repeat this for all the chocolates.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes or deep freeze for 10 minutes. Wrap in attractive foils.
