Egg Bhaji
Egg Bhaji is also a quick and easy snack dish to prepare. It is prepared by deep frying the boiled eggs, coated with gram flour and rice flour along with other spices. The addition of rice flour makes the egg bajji more crispy and delicious. A pinch of baking soda is added to the batter to make the bhaji fluffy. We can also call it as egg bonda.

Ingredients
- Eggs: 4
- Gram flour: 1 cup
- Rice flour: 1/4 cup
- Oil: 1.5 cup
- Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
- Ajwain: 1/2 teaspoon
Method
1. In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, ajwain, chilli powder, salt, baking soda, coriander powder and cumin powder. Add enough water to make thick consistency batter without lumps.
2. Take egg and cut longitudinally into two pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan, and take egg and dip it in the batter, and then deep fry it.
4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
